We understand that life can be unpredictable, but to respect the time and needs of all clients, appointments will be considered a “no-show” if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. In such cases, the session fee will be charged to the card on file in full.
Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please note that if you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time to ensure that subsequent clients are seen promptly. We encourage timely arrival so you can receive the full benefit of your session.
-
We understand that circumstances can change, and all clients are welcome to cancel or reschedule their appointments. To do so, please submit your request through the client portal at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any fees. Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
This policy helps ensure that appointment times are available for all clients and allows for smooth scheduling. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Adjust the frequency of sessions: Consider scheduling sessions bi-weekly instead of weekly, while maintaining momentum in your progress.
Opt for longer sessions less often: A 90-minute session can often accomplish more than a 60-minute session, allowing for deeper work in fewer appointments.
Engage in between-session work: Completing therapeutic homework or reflections between sessions can accelerate progress and make your time in therapy more effective.
Use a Health Savings Account (HSA): HSAs and other health savings plans can help offset costs since contributions are often tax-deductible.
Ask about our sliding scale policy: We do offer sliding scale appointments for those in need.
These strategies can help you access the care you need while maximizing the value of each session.
