Individual Counseling throughout Texas
What if the life you’ve been craving is still possible?
What if the ache of infertility didn’t define your days anymore?
What if the constant war with food and your body softened into understanding, compassion, and care?
What if the weight of past trauma no longer shaped how you showed up in relationships—or how you saw yourself?
Instead of feeling stuck in patterns of grief, disconnection, or shame… you felt grounded, whole, and empowered.
Imagine waking up and feeling at home in your body—more at peace with your past, more connected to the people you love, and more open to joy.
Intimacy feels safe again. Relationships feel nurturing instead of draining. You’re no longer just surviving—you’re growing, healing, becoming.
You don’t have to do this alone. Therapy can be the place where your healing begins—a space just for you, where your story is held with care, and your future is shaped with intention.
Life won’t be perfect. But it can be yours—more present, more loving, and more aligned with the woman you’re becoming.
Healing starts with being seen—and deeply supported.
At Oak Harbor Wellness, I work with women facing the quiet heartbreak of infertility, the invisible weight of trauma, the pain of disordered eating, the confusion of relationship struggles, and the ache of unresolved grief.
These experiences can leave you feeling stuck—disconnected from your body, your partner, your past, or even your sense of self. But there is a path forward. Together, we’ll create space for you to untangle what hurts, reconnect with your inner strength, and move toward a more grounded, meaningful life.
Change doesn’t happen overnight. But with the right support, healing becomes not only possible—it becomes personal.
Meet Lindsay
At Oak Harbor Wellness, you'll find more than just a place to talk. I’m Lindsay, an LCSW who specializes in helping women heal emotional wounds, navigate complex relationships, and reconnect with their inner strength. Whether you’re facing fertility struggles, feeling disconnected from your body, struggling to overcome eating disorder behaviors, carrying the impact of past trauma, or quietly grieving something you can’t always put into words—this is a space where your story matters. With training in Post Induction Therapy and a focus on post-traumatic growth and resilience, I help women move from just getting through, to actually beginning to heal.
If you’re ready for something to shift, let’s talk. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
